Snorkeling is a physically demanding activity, and we highly recommend that you know how to swim. All of our snorkel guides are lifeguard certified and they will be with you in the water the entire time. We also require everyone to wear snorkel vests while in the water as an extra safety measure.

Yes, there is a 100% guarantee for seeing turtles on our snorkel tour. If we don’t see turtles on the tour, you will qualify to come back and ride for free.

We recommend bringing a towel to dry off, a camera or GoPro, and reef safe sunscreen.

We provide all snorkeling equipment to you on our tour. This includes a snorkel, mask, snorkel vest, and fins. We also provide complimentary cold soft drinks, but you are invited to bring any other refreshments of your choice.

We recommend booking earlier in the morning. The 7AM tour generally has the calmest ocean conditions and the best visibility in the water, plus the fish and turtles are more active in the morning. On the 7AM tour we share the reef with the least amount of other boats, the reef is the least crowded on the 7AM. The chance of seeing dolphins is also the highest in the morning.

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your tour, you must do so 24 hours before your tour time. After this time period we will not be able to issue a refund or a reschedule.

If you cancel your tour outside of our 24-hour cancellation policy, you are eligible for a full refund. If your ticket was purchased through a third party, we are not accountable for issuing refunds and you will have the option to rebook your trip. Please refer to the cancellation policy of the third party you booked through for more information.

Humpback whales migrate through Hawaii between the months of December to April. There is a good chance you will see whales if you book during this time period.

Yes, we only allow ages 5 and up to come onboard our tour.

Of course tips from our guests are greatly appreciated, but never expected. Gratuity is not included in the original booking price.

We only allow 6 guests onboard so that the experience with our crew and the wildlife is more personal and comfortable.

Yes, feel free to bring your favorite drinks onboard. We do not allow the consumption of alcohol on our snorkel tours until you are finished with the in-water activities.

Yes, we require all guests to wear a snorkel vest while in the water. We have a wide variety of snorkel vest sizes onboard the boat.

There is always a possibility of seeing dolphins on our tours. We most often see dolphins during our morning tours.

Yes, our tours are suitable for children ages 5 and up. We recommend that all children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult and are confident in their swimming abilities if they are participating in snorkeling.
